Larry: I made an exploratory purch. at market and ended up buying at 42. Yest. close at 38. Hmmm, not what I intended. Do you know how the companys compare (Japanese, Korean etc.) re. their ability to produce high qual. 300mm wafers. Some interesting tech. prob's might occurr in the scale up that could differentiate the suppliers. Appreciate any insight. Cliff
