Crusty, The merger is defined as 12 shares of MVEE for 1 share of EINI. Price really doesn't matter and the market will determine the price pretty shortly after the merger is (IF) completed. US2 will (if it does well) help the merged company or at least MVEE. Let's hope it does well; not that much in the theaters right now (IMO). later, leroyt
