I have been watching the volume and the price over the last 1.5 weeks and feel something has to be behind the rise from $.03 to $.20+ and back to $0.12. The technology has patents and had received the FBI's highest approval rating. I'm not sure how fast the technology or rating requirements change in this industry. Stocknerd
