Like I said, the company owes the shareholders an explanation. 8 years ago there were still news group bulleton boards, but not like today, 8 years ago it was firms like E.A. Manning in Toronto, that were pumping OTC stocks, now it is easier to pump on chat threads. The VSE used to be the biggest source of scams...
