I was reading your message and thought I'd write this to you from a person that gets paid in shares for PR. Some of us that are fully compliant or at least we think we are disclose our positions in magazines or other publications. We do our homework as prudent as we can and rely on the information from management. We have taken companies from inception through 504 offerings or reverse mergers and create distribution and shareholder awareness. With the exception of the scamers and the con men, I don't think hyping and marketing the companies is immoral or illegal as long as the co.is legitimate the info is accurate and the disclosure is stated on the compensation as to what the PR co's get paid. Furthermore hypsters get the stock up but nobody gets the shorters who punish the stocks down. So if hypsters are responsible and liable for the upswing shouldn't the shorters also take some of the blame?
