Jack, Someone just sold a large block of shares. It was a great opportunity for me to jump in at $38 and pick up some $40 July calls at $2.00 each. Since the company's earnings are on track, and since the company has sold their entire 1996 inventory, I wouldn't pay too much attention to insider selling. My broker and I just talked about insider selling. He doesn't see anything wrong with it, if the company is in good shape. Also, there may be numerous reasons why insiders sell. Does anyone disagree?
