Hey, why SHOULDN'T I pay? I mean, it's my RIGHT as an American citizen to pay, right? Imagine if EVERYBODY felt like they had to pay ! Then where would we be? NO PROBLEM ! I say, take ALL my money. I have plenty extra, and I don't need it. It's just a psychic burden, and I would feel much better knowing that somebody who doesn't work and doesn't want to is buying lottery tickets with it. Wait. I gotta rethink this for a moment.
