When someone claims their have a drug that "has pending FDA application", how can you find out it if it is true? A friend of mine is trying this unapproved drug that the above claim is made. I am worried about it because my friend has stopped the normal treatment and got on this private "trial", and I would like to know if and how such claim can be verified.
