From the Yahoo Maxwell thread: Conference call notes..... by: IEatToast 412 of 413The following are some of my notes from the conference call. I don't guarantee the accuracy of the notes. They are to the best of my recognition & understanding..... current backlog - $75 mil..... Carson City factory size has been doubled(Sierra division)..... Co. is currently shipping product to Siemen's now, and is looking to expand their relationship beyond ultracaps(see today's announcement)..... Manufacturing capacity should increase by a factor of 4-6 times with the equipment now being installed..... Co. now has over 1,000 employees and still growing..... New consumer applications to be announced soon..... Things going well at PurePulse, looking to expand the current agreement with Monsanto..... Global strategic partner for PurePulse could be announced soon that would handle the manufacturing, servicing, and distribution of the products..... Co. has bought back approx. 190,000 shares recently..... Co. is currenty working on a large deal with a major toy co.(Maxwells product gives approx. a six times benefit in performance vs. competitors in the toy market)..... Co. is also working on a deal with a power tools manufacturer(Maxwells product takes a normal recharge time of 2-4 hours & gets it done in about 10 to 20 seconds)..... 35-40 different co's are working with Maxwell on design-ins for ultracaps(including pager market)..... Major deal with battery co. is being worked on currently..... Co. has shipped sample ultracaps to 22-23 major car manufacturers now. Also shipping sample for pagers, scanners, meter readers, cell phones, satellites, backup power for telco co.'s, etc...... Space Electronics aquisition will provide a tremendous blending of applications and activities. Also, should be accretive to earnings..... The licensing portion of the Siemens deal alone, could be worth up to $9 million and spread over 5 years(I assume this doesn't include any royalties)..... The Co. continues to expand manufacturing capacity and is being overwhelmed with product requests..... Co. will try and continue the history of earnings consistency and adding new strategic partners and also making relationships to expand coverage of stock..... Hope this helps..... Best regards.....
