Knowing when to fold them... Bob, Yes, just like in the song... it's all about knowing when to hold them or fold them... (-: I am almost too ashamed to say how I decide when to sell... I employ a highly subjective combination of what I jokingly refer to as my "spider senses" and "Croc Logic". My decisions are based totally on very close observation of the trading patterns of a group of stocks that I either own or watch all of the time (i.e. who is buying/selling, and how much, etc...). In this market, I think I am inclined to sell a bit sooner than I might in another market... Lately, it seems that many stocks that get wings and move up quickly just end up returning to the roost in a few of days (EXCEPT for the ones that you picked for this contest!!!) (-: Regards, Bev
