I wonder why the SEC never investigates these kind of takeover transactions. Because SOSA appears to be giving the company away at a "fire sale" price it would seem that there should be additional, important information that stockholders should be made aware about. After all, if we are supposed to have a vote in whether or not this transaction is approved, we should have all the facts about why they think this is a good deal for SOSA.
