Introduction Compact

Some of you may wish to check out this $2 bank stock. Has an EPS rating of 76, RS of 85, and Investor's Business Daily Accumulation rating of B. Has been trading for several weeks between 1 15/16 and 2 after a nice jump up. Looks to me like it's ready to go again. Hopefully one of you TA'ers will take a look. By the way... book value is $1.71 per share, per Market Guide.
