Hi Linda From the info in the PR it looks like it could just be a technical tax-related move - so i remain skeptical (very skeptical). On the other hand, it does sound like they will try to leverage the 7 remaining patents and access to production facilities to continue venturing into this market (which is a lot more mature than it was 2 years ago). I think their future success or failure will depend on: 1. The real value or their IPR (what are those patents really worth). 2. Their ability to strike deals with major (hardware) players. 3. The ability to reposition their technology from high-end to mass market (and maintain profitability). How many shares are you in for ?
