Well then that suggests that they will be EINIE come next week and will have 30 days to get their filing in order or be on the pinks. It is my understanding that even after filing it is currently taking more than 60 days for approval of filings, so I think the pinks are in EINIE's future come Nov 17th. The same is true for MVEEE. They must have their filing in by Jan 9 and approved to avoid the E. With the holidays intervening I suspect that approvals may be even longer. Will be interesting to follow their progress, but with no current filing with thew SEC that I know of I would say they may already be late, practically speaking of course.
