Could someone please explain how this copy and paste from wikipedia managed to retain all the formatting? Message 29765452 Usually when I cut and paste, everything gets reduced to plain text at best or some random collection of color formatting at worst. Be great if there was some way to maintain formatting better. And while we are on the subject of copy and paste, it's irritating that if you copy something from a previous post on SI and paste it into a new post (as I do frequently), the text has a weird background that changes things to double spacing. You have to go to "raw text" and back again to get rid of it. Peter
