Greg, You won't see a negative earnings surprise on the part of AMAT this quarter. They have already pre-annouced that they will make their .67 cents number INCLUDING a charge of about 17 million I think (about 8 or 9 cents a share) for the Submicron writedown... Yes, AMAT is getting frothy, but for good reason... I think most people have really underlooked just how big the 300mm retooling is going to be... Darin
