I'm really a fundamental guy, but technically '99 looks like a year of basing. Unfortunately, '00 could be another year of basing. However, I don't think so. I can't recommend anyone buy it, management still has a lot to prove, but if anybody has already sunk a lot of time into this issue, now is probably not the time to sell. How's that for a weak hold?
