When you live with ethics you think in terms that all live as you and this is not true.

If the FED had not manipulated the interest rate and controlled the dollar flow instead we might just of had more selective use due to less dollars and the risk of corruption due to excess cash flow would of been far less.

Grace was stating pretty accurately that the base work or attempt to work within rules. In my opinion market action the other day was a case of hope and probably reality setting after digestion of the statement that the figures wern't there to justify the action. It is highly unlikely this is coercion or you would be seeing less divergence in the market. The sums you are looking at are very paltry when you start thinking in terms of the funds and the loss the participants in many funds are taking right now.
