The quote was "cited" yes, but the letter wasn't widely reprinted, if ever, in the mainstream press-my original point.

Look. I live in Italy, and I read it several times, in several places. Not an obscure text.

And yes, I DO think it's an outrage that our president's mental faculties were on the wane, to say the very least. When he took office he promised--that as the oldest elected chief executive--he'd resign at the first hint of trouble. So what happened? Government by whom? Nancy and her astrologer? Gimme Bill and his bimbos any day of the week.
