Stock at $1.70, Chairman of CGZ buys shares at $3.86. The Globe and mail inside trading section reported Tomas Griffis who is the chairman of the company bought within last 30 days 52,800 shares and paid as low as $1.35 and high of $3.86.

So why would a chairman buy in the open market....? Let's see..
1) The stock is cheap....
2) No private placement is coming because the company has cash to do exploration into 1998.....
3) Only 12.4 million shares, with nore news coming this stock will move...
4) Institutional investors, Rocthschild Fund and Investors, with 20% of the company did a PP at $5.00+ in mid 1996 so they know the value and would not allow delution......

So where do you think this stock should trade? Do your DL... this stock will not stay small cap for very long...
