I found the following by Keith Fields..... I phoned Mike, who has been hired to be the IR for Central, and I understand that they will have several news releases in January plus they expect to ship out some gold from Kasakstan which will add to cash flow. The company already has millions in cash to do the exploration. They also plan a road tour in the US in Januaty/96 to talk to several brokers. Recent drop in share price is due to some big investor doing tax selling through TD greenline. Check out trading done last 2 weeks of December, 1996. Based on all these events, in my OPINION, this stock will rebound back to $4 or $5 very shortly. Started By: Keith Fields Date: May 10 1996 6:48PM EST PRICE: $6 (CANADIAN) TRADES ON ALBERTA EXCHANGE!!!) This is one gold stock totally undervalued and underfollowed. The company has rights to about a dozen rich gold fields in Khazakstan. The main well known investment group involved here is the Rothschild group in NY. The CEO of CHZ is Todd Griffis, a successful Canadian business man, and past top fighter pilot in Canada. In short, the company has teamed up with local partners to develop the country's rich gold reserves. The misunderstood part is that Khazakstan is NO RUSSIA! The president will be in power until at least the turn of the century. Wall St. Journal just ran an article that showed how independent the people of Khazakstan are, and how much they welcome foriegn investment (15,000,000,000 by the turn of the century). The goal of CHZ is to simply provide expertise in mining the gold fields, and then selling them off as soon as possible to one of the majors. Thats it. No stupid egos, or ridiculous visions of becoming a world superstar. Just execute what needs to be done, sell out, and move on in life. I like that as a shareholder!!! (Take a look at the Canadian company Vengold, which tried to expand and become a "major" player...the stock went from 12 to 1!!!! I like to know ideally the exit strategy of ANY business that I am involved with. Rest assured that the exit strategy is clear with CHZ. Take care...and happy research!! | ||||||||||||||
