In terms of supply and demand, who is going to purchase the boomers'
houses when they are ready to downsize? And who is going to purchase
their market based investments at the value they think they see?
Reminds me of the current baseball cards and other sports cards where
the kids buy a pack of cards and get one that is listed in the "book"
as being worth $50. It is only worth $50 if someone will purchase it
for that price. There will be many unhappy boomers when it is time
to cash in their "savings" that they think they have in the market.
