Marie...I think it has bottomed out. My personal opinion is
that the warrants are a faster way to make money, once you
feel that the stock is at its bottom. That's becoz when the
stock begins to make a move, the warrants increase at a faster
percentage basis than the stock. In this case I see it coming
up the the 2.75 level it had reached when the common was at 12.

To answer your question as to why they are at a low, the firm
that brought them out public has sold becoz they are holding
Deswell to a kinda ransom that they put in more road shows to
publicize their company in USA. And guess what, Deswell has
already enlisted the services of Lippert Analytical Services
to do just that. Once the brokerage firm feels more comfortable
they will start buying and pushing the stock up. It is not a
matter of IF...it is a matter of WHEN....So if u r a patient
investor, I'd advise you to buy a big chunk of warrants and
sit quietly and comfortably till u see it go up.....

In any case, I think you should not be persuaded by me alone, and
you should do your own diligent research before getting in. I am
recommending this one to my Investment Club in our next meeting
in Mid-March, and boy wait till they start buying...the volume
is going to go up.
