Check out DESWELL warrants (DSWWF) at 1.25. This company makes
plastic injection moludings for electronic products (phones,
calculators, computers etc) in Hong Kong. They have an incredible
PE ratio of 6.5. Their earnings have been on an uptrend all along.
However the stock has not yet been recognised on the Street. When it
gets recognized, it will move up like hell. The common is trading
at 9.00 (DSWLF), which incidentally was its IPO price in the USA
last year. The stock is going up in the Hong Komg exchange. The
company is already on a publicity campaign in the US. Once it gets
recognized, it will shoot up very fast. If the common stock moves
up by 2-3 dollars, the warrants could almost double. The warrants
were trading at 2.75 when the common was at 9.00. This sure is one
of the most undervalued and undiscovered gems on Wall Street.

Check out the balance sheets, financials etc under WSJ Company
Briefing book and see for yourself. You'll thank me down the road.
