Neel...Two warrants entitle you to 1 common at the IPO price,
which was 8.625. The expiration date is July 2000. There is
a high likelihood that the warrants will be called in earlier
as the company is expanding like crazy, once the stock price
stays at 12.08 for at least 20 consecutive trading days.
As far as China in '97 is concerned, it should have a more
positive than negative impact, becoz, the biggest customers
of Deswell are from China, Nam Tai Electronics being one of
them - Nam Tai also holds 10% of Deswell stock. This is a
great way to play into the Chinese boom that is ahead of us.
