Allen, Unfortunately, I did not read this till today, Jan 4. Maybe, u've realised by now, that getting out of Deswell would have been nice at least temporarily, due to the bad news about Asia. I did download all my Deswell warrants before this bad news ( not that I was anticiapating it, but I was happy with the profit I made ). I would stay away from the warrants for now, since I feel it will take some time for the Asian economies to recover. But I feel that since most of the bad news is already out and the stock has been hammered, this is a good time to buy the common, ONLY if you plan to be in it for at least 9 months to 1 year. As far as communication to shareholders is concerned, u can try calling Lippert Horn Associates, (I can't find their number, they have a NY number , 212 area code) and they will send u Deswell's Press releases from time to time. Hope this helps. Divyendu Mohanty P.S. - My pick this year - IFMX ( Informix Corp ). Give it exactly 1 year ( could be lucky if there's a buyout earlier than that )
