Clearly I would say she is guiltier. She was the one that killed the children. Does that leave some argument for one to place some blame on her husband, possibly. Do I feel the husband is some what responsible?? That is a tough call.

You say, he did not get his wife help. That is not a fair judgement. Maybe the wife refused to get help. She is a consenting adult and was not found to be unable to make her own decisions. Therefore she could quite possibly refused to get help. If she refused there was really nothing he could have done to force help on her.
