Who's Guiltier?-- Andrea Yates or her Husband?

A physician informed Andrea Yates husband after their 3rd child was born that she was mentally unbalanced & needed therapy. Instead of providing his wife with the help she needed, Mr. Yates proceeded to father 2 more children with her.

So, who is guiltier?... Her? even though she is insane.... or Him?

If he was in his right mind when he decided not to get her psychological help & caused her to give birth to 2 more children (adding more stress to her already fragile mental state) did he not place the lives of all his children in jeopardy?....is he not at least as guilty as her?
