I have asked Mytec the same thing. Do you have a network of distributors set up yet? I also think that Mytec are losing the dealer network they use to have accross Canada. From the meeting I had this week with Dennis one thing is very apparent. Mytec knows that there updates to investors at best sucks.

Dennis told me that they are going to work on this problem. I feel that if they do not start to listen soon they will end up like Counterforce. Counterforce will only probally last a couple of years the way things are now. They have competors now that blow them out of the water!!!

They have lost the confendence that they use to have with the alarm companies accross Canada. It also surprises me that they have not used the dealer network at all. 600 companies talking about this new product would help with the marketing of it.

I will put some notes together from the meeting with Dennis on Thrusday. Overall I think the company is starting to listen to the investors a little bit better. They are still in the running for most of the contacts dissussed on this thread at this time.

It is also my understanding that there is only one disrtibutor right now for Canada and he is in BC. One thing that we all can count on is if this product is not marketed the proper way in the next 6 months
is dissaster.

I also feel that if the company treats investors the way that Counterforce are treating there dealer network they won't last to long!!! I guess those of us that have anything to lose should be right on there case until they turn things around.
