The question to consider is how would microsoft behave in this segment?

Would they engage in more aggressive or less aggressive pricing strategies than cendant? They certainly have the bundling power to make things challenging for tlc. This could be a legitimate cause for concern.

They already do a lot of bundling already so I don't think predatory pricing on the bundling front is a major incremental threat.
