Oakwood is slightly out of our price range. We're looking in Centerville/Washington Township.

I doubt my rooting interests will change as I am a diehard St. Louis Cardinals fan and a Northwestern U. alum, so there is no way I can change my spots and root for the Reds or the Buckeyes. UD has a nice basketball program though and they play good competition in the Atlantic 10. The Bengals are a possibility, though I can't root for them until they demonstrate they belong in the NFL.
