Up a nice 25% today on no news. I guess the stock is simply reacting late to the last two August news: Friday August 13, 1999 : Fingermatrix Plans Early Marketing of Ultra-Secure Entry System Tuesday August 10, 1999 : Fingermatrix Acquires Exclusive Distribution Rights for GIL Security Systems Gee i'm glad i didn't sell my position when everybody thought it was the end, especialy when Turs wrote: "This company is done. They are liquidating all of their assets and any proceeds received will only go to pay back creditors (and not in full). So, your shares are worthless and, unlike the last bankruptcy, there will not be another reorg. So, there really is no more news to anticipate. Shareholders will be getting zip. Your next move should be to claim a capital loss on your '98 tax return. " (441) In fact that message had raised my suspicions, and made me decide to keep my shares. Anyone has heard of that Turs since? Was he the one buying all the shares sold under .05? Weel! Looks like Finx is a Phoenix afterall. Anyone have heard of Richard M. Dopk lately? He seemed to know a lot about the goings on of this cie. Richard?
