There are 90 million shares outstanding, 50 million in the float. A few weeks ago, the price was $.11, peaked at $.39 in early to mid-June, and is back to $.165. Check out posts 446 and following for a copy of a broker's analysis. A very interesting stock indeed. Regards, Suzanne
