What numbers are you using to back up your theory of exploitation
of the middle class by the porno users ?

Can you supply info for
1. How much use of internet is made by group 1 (like yourself)
2. Group 2, the porno guys.
3. The exploited middle class.

Also, how do you arrive at the "fair" value of $0.10 as being
just compensation for the exploited ?

Also, should the $0.10 per minute be applied to people who talk
on the phone a lot ?

Maybe, phone companies should start checking homes with teenagers
and talkative people. Does your public policy say anything about
people who talk a lot on the phone ?
