Health Savings Accounts are cheap and they only pay what you put into them so if you have a few thousand and need $100,000 you get nothing.

We had them where I work and they're cheap but cheap for a reason. Since they don't cover anything the state would have to violate the ACA (a US law) again. WI broke the law when it failed to set up exchanges also.

It appears lawlessness is so common these days that governors and legislators can break the law with impunity.
