Jim:

CDO: Testing the resistance at 23 1/2 today. They reported earnings today.

The company has changed since they sold their large stock of main-frames back to IBM and took a $100 million charge.

They are now more service oriented. Their Venture Capital division has increased in value a good % wise in the last six months!!!:(see below)
On a mark-to-market basis, at September 30, 1999, Comdisco'sVentures had a value of $194 million of publicly traded securities within the Ventures portfolio. This compares to $140 million at June 30, 1999, and $56 million at March 31, 1999.'

The stock still has a good amount of resistance in the 241/4 to 27 area.

If they come out with news about the PRISM IPO before the end of the year it could go over that hurdle and resume the strong up-trend it had in March-April this year.

That could more than double the price from present level, but it seems today's volume will be close to 2 million and it will not close above the 23 1/2 resistance.
