"I go out of my way to buy local garlic (California garlic), and organic if possible." Message 23064605 Typical liberalism (these days)...screw everybody but your immediate family--unless it is dark. Hey! I'm from someplace (not in California). You cannot believe how "liberal LOCAL" garlic tastes!! Last year I was able to get some "local" garlic while I went through a little community. I am not sure how many wars it stopped or prevented but water chestnuts are incredible in a stir fry.
