THE POWER OF WHISPERS --- Finally heard CNBC admit it.
Big trader manipulator to TV reporter - "Hey, I've got a hot lead for ya! Get this!"

****

What Hedge Fund and large institutional investors do is literally create rumors by whispering not-so-sweet nothings in reporters ears. They also spread gossip all over the trading floor. This is exactly how the media is used!

Sometimes they stick, sometimes not. They started a rumor yesterday of an emergency Fed meeting and rate cut. That didn't stick. But they know if they can start the ball rolling, that the small time traders will follow en masse.

Of course the buy and sell programs speak for themselves and generally at least cause temporary moves. Of course they whisper about that too and reporters eat it up. Thus the snowball effect, as CNBC, Briefing, etc. report it.

Maybe this is nothing new, but just remember how much a pawn TV and print reporters are. By the time we hear it, it's old news and stocks or Markets will often go the other way.
