Jim Prokop is forecasting 2 down days after Monday ( which was supposed to be up) . I suppose if you look at the intraday swing, one could consider that Mon closed up. I see that the DOW is up again - but every stock I am looking at is trying to go to ground....so other than the S&P being pumped for Clinton's speech , I do believe we're going down.

Shouldn't have covered my shorts..... which of course have continued to drop right after their initial bounce. Rats!
