Speaking of bonds, does anyone know where I can find a long term historical graph of *real* corporate bond yields. I need this for another number crunching project which I will share the results with you (if any thing interesting shows up). I also checked on the % of stocks 2 SD above and below their 200 DMA, and it is still a bit too high but improving. I think there is a fair chance of some stabilization or even a minor raley next week and the week after. But my guess is that you should sell into that raley.

Let's start talking about strategies on what to pick on the bottom or on the rebound (along with its exit strategy). There are some issues out there that are begining to look very juicy. Especially when you bring options into the picture.

BTW Any option traders out there want to share their wisdom with the rest of us? I'm all ears. How do you decide what the option market is telling you?

For those who'd like to get a good read over the weekend, I recommend the book "Investment Gurus" by Peter Tanous (sp?). This is one of the top 3 or 4 best investment books I've read and I'm going to read it every two years or so (the only other book I re-read frequently is "Reminiscence of a Stock Operator"). I really suggest this book because it dispells a lot of myths about value, growth, and momentum investing.

Have a great weekend,
Sun Tzu
