Don't be surprised if these days in California will be viewed by Californians as the good ol' days in another decade. I don't think Californians realize how much more of your income the State will be taking to pay for the growing costs of your social experiment. It's possible that there will be no better time to sell homes than the present. Your politicians have creative minds and a limitless appetite to spend your money.
