HCCA is a diff story, I also owned xxx,xxx shares before the 1000 to 1 reverse split shich is now worth nothing.. I do not believe the are any true warning signs, other that float. I have had reverse splits 300-1, 1000-1, 70-1 and a couple 3-1. Not always bad, it just depends on what is behind it, and the size. A small reverse would do this stock good, if they did not issue more sales and had a small reverse of maybe a 10-1 reverse.. IMO Regards DG
