Does anyone know that there is even a meeting. I have not seen that posted anywhere to date. Wouldn't that be lovely!! The more I watch Mytec the more it hurts. You can not call into Counterforce without being on hold for at least 1 min 30 seconds. Good timing for a security responce company. I have seen 3 min and even 4-5 mins without ever getting through to them. I would like to know what the stock would be worth without Mytec. I heard $1.20 does anyone know the value without Mytec? Counterforce stated in there quarterly report that this is the first loss they have shown. They stated this was from the cost to do the other station. I have seen them go from 44,000 accounts to 45,000 in a full year. This is not much growth at all! They are losing accounts and dealers fast. Its got to the point that some dealers are moving all there accounts. Counterforce think everthing is great eh. I happen to know that one dealer is looking into suing them or hiring a lawyer a break there contract. Its got to the point where some of the dealers feel this maybe the best for there clients. After the meeting I had with Dennis a couple of weeks ago one thing is a for sure, Counterforce feel they own the accounts. Dennis did not feel there was any value to 300 accounts when the other stations would pay well over 100,000 for them. This attude has told me to start using someone else, I want some value when I get out of the trade and I want to be able to sell the accounts at a fair price. I do not want to be told they are of no value. Counterforce will lose big if a dealer is successfull in breaking there contract. It will be like a flood they will lose because they feel they own us anyway. When I started with Counterforce I understood the ideas they had, somewhere in the last 3 years they have lost there direction. Its gotten even worst in the past 2 years. I hope that the investors can see through these old mistakes and see to it that they do not repeat this with Mytec!! Mytec said they where going to buy shares back, well the price is right now!!
