Todd Scott must have drawn the short straw today:

"Scott did not immediately return calls seeking comment on his rating change. Other analysts said Morgan Stanley slightly trimmed its 2001 revenue forecast to reflect a conservative roll-out of McLeod's nationwide data services."

'Conservative' as in a 270 percent projected growth in EBITDA.
