Mcleod Inc. goes public by 6/11 if not earlier. The company is dependent on a small number of key executive officers, particularly Clark Mceod. They have also recruited a team of veteran competitive telecommunications manager who have together in the past developed a similar company in the same region. It was called Teleconnect and then Telecom USA and was sold to MCI in 1990 for over a Billion.

Are they going to be as successful this time?
