DVA.UN is currently halted pending news. Take-over price is 5.15 plus, possibly, pennies or a nickel. There have been two delays so far while the private company that is taking it over attempts to get its financing in order. The deadline for the deal is April 27. I'm not sure how flexible this deadline is though. The news should be interesting.
