OK FOLKS, THERE ARE LOW RISK SITUATIONS IN CANADA< however sometimes hard to become aware, pls post any situations that have potential.

Here are a couple check them out
1. TCL - This a low price way to play BCE, maybe write some options on them.
2. Ivaco is profitable and has annouced they will buy back most(probably all) their preferred stock this year, you can get 10+% while you wait and another 10-20% premium over trading value.
