Lower - Bullish % too high

The VIX and Bullish % are both in areas I would consider bearish. The increase in unemployment and stagnant income levels point to a recession. The buildup of inventory accounted for much of the GDP, and the relatively large increase in GDP will only set up a larger decline in GDP this quarter. P/E, P/S, and PEG ratios are near all-time record high numbers.
