I am taking a poll between now and Sunday evening deadline by 6 pm estern time.

Will the market broad market, as measured by the DOW, SPX, and COMP, be higher or lower 18 months from now on closing date October 31, 2003?

Thes are the levels:

4/26/2002 Close:

COMP 1,664

Simply say higher or lower. Give commentary or reasons why if you feel compelled to present your case.

Best regards, J.T.
