Hey paul,
It's raining in Florida and some nice old lady won't be able to make it to Toys R Us to buy her granddaughter Reader Rabbit for her birthday this weekend. The street isn't aware of this news yet, but you may want to add to your TLC short position because its once it becomes known the stock is going to get hammered, I'd guess down to single digits. My guess is TLC won't even respond because as you so astutely point out, "it's what TLC isn't saying that counts."
